The Tiger II was the last mass-produced German tank of World War II, entering service in 1944. With 150 mm of armor on the front and 80 mm on the sides, its hull was extremely well armored. It was armed with an improved 8.8 cm gun, capable of penetrating 152 mm of armor at a range of up to two kilometers.

The first fifty King Tigers were equipped with a Porsche-designed turret, known for its rounded design.

This kit represents the first Tiger IIs during the testing phase.
