The Jagdtiger Sd.Kfz. 186 with Porsche suspension was an early production version of the heaviest German tank destroyer of World War II. It was characterized by eight large road wheels per side featuring the distinctive Porsche suspension system.

The vehicles were armed with the 12.8 cm Pak 44 L/55 gun and featured frontal armor up to 250 mm thick. With a combat weight of approximately 70 tons, they were powered by a 600 hp Maybach HL 230 P30 engine.

A total of only 11 Jagdtigers with Porsche suspension were produced. They were primarily deployed with Heavy Tank Destroyer Battalion 653. The Porsche version is thus a rare early production variant, distinguished from later Jagdtigers with Henschel suspension primarily by its distinctive running gear.
