The KTO Rosomak Medevac—also known as the Rosomak-WEM—is the medical evacuation variant of the Polish Rosomak wheeled armored vehicle, designed for the protected recovery and care of wounded soldiers. Its raised superstructure provides ample space for medical personnel and allows for the treatment of multiple patients during transport. The vehicle can accommodate three wounded personnel on stretchers as well as additional seated patients, and it is equipped with comprehensive medical gear. For deployments in Afghanistan, the Rosomak-WEM was fitted with additional protection against anti-tank weapons. Thanks to its high mobility, robust protection, and modern equipment, it enables rapid casualty evacuation even in hazardous operational zones and is a key asset of the Polish Armed Forces today.
