This MENG MECHA-003LM Evangelion Restraint/Transport Platform (Multicolor Edition) is a large-scale model kit. The finished model is 610 mm high and 210 mm wide. The kit features easy, glue-free assembly, excellent sprue colors, and superb parts breakdown. The Evangelion Test Type-01, Production Model-02, and Proto Type-00 models (sold separately) in the same scale can be placed on this model for a statue-like display. The Evangelion unit's power cable in the same scale can be connected to the base. The platform sections are adjustable to accommodate the poses of the mechas. This set includes highly detailed decals.

The Evangelion Restraint/Transport Platform is a piece of equipment from the Evangelion: New Theatrical Edition films. It serves as both a restraint and a transport platform. Evangelion units can be attached to the platform's restraints and stored in the depot. When the Evangelion units are sent to battle on Earth, the restraints release, and the transport platform quickly moves the units from the underground base to the surface via the rails.
