Tiger I Late Production

Einloggen und Bewertung schreiben
The Tiger I was a constant threat to Allied forces during World War II, and a single Tiger I is even said to have taken out five M4 Shermans in one battle.
The 57 ton hull had armor that was 100 mm thick at its thickest point, and the 8.8 cm gun was capable of penetrating the armor by 110 mm at a distance of 2000 meters.
It is therefore not surprising that the tank produced a number of aces.
From June 1942 around 1,300 Tiger Is were built; The late production version featured additional periscopes on the dome and large steel wheels with built-in rubber rings, among numerous improvements.
