Audi Quattro (1:24)

The Audi quattro played a pivotal role in bringing all-wheel-drive vehicles out of the exclusive domain of heavy-duty off-roaders.
While the bodywork largely mirrored that of the Audi Coupé, the flared fenders and the front and rear spoilers strongly hinted at the car's high-performance capabilities; however, the primary topic of conversation was, naturally, its permanent all-wheel-drive system.
Propulsion was provided by a 2,144 cc inline five-cylinder engine featuring a turbocharger and intercooler, delivering an impressive output of 200 hp.
While the vehicle itself remains a timeless classic to this day, the name "quattro" continues to be used by Audi for its proprietary all-wheel-drive system.
