The T-90M "Proryw" (Breakthrough) - specifically the 2024/25 version -is a modernized variant of the Russian T-90M that has been continuously adapted based on combat experience from the war in Ukraine. It features a welded turret, a 125mm smoothbore gun, modern fire-control and observation systems, and a V-92S2F diesel engine producing approximately 1,130 hp. Protection is provided by Relikt reactive armor, reinforced side skirts, and additional armor plating on the turret and rear. A particularly distinctive feature of many vehicles produced in 2024/25 is the inclusion of anti-drone measures, such as protective grilles, netting, and additional structures mounted over the turret and engine compartment.
