Sd.Kfz. 251/ 1 Ausf. C

The Sd.Kfz. 251 (Sonderkraftfahrzeug 251) was a German World War II half-track armored personnel carrier developed by the Hanomag company on the basis of the unarmored Sd.Kfz. 11 half-track vehicles was developed.
The vehicle was designed to transport Panzergrenadiers in battle.
With at least 15,252 vehicles and variants produced by seven manufacturers, the Sd.Kfz. 251 the most produced German halftracks of the war.
