M35A1 US Quad .50 Gun Truck

The 2½ ton M35 truck is a 6×6 off-road truck originally used by the US Army and later by many nations around the world.

The M35 is designed to carry 2,300 kg off-road or 4,500 kg on-road.
Trucks in this weight class are considered medium heavy by the military.
It inherited the nickname "Deuce and a Half" from the WWII GMC CCKW

This truck was the basis of many "Gun Trucks" in Vietnam.
Artillery batteries (.50 caliber) were often assigned to US Army artillery battalions (with self-propelled guns).
These units were equipped with M35 trucks and M55 quadmount (quad anti-aircraft) systems mounting four M2 Browning machine guns.
