The Messerschmitt Me 410B-2/U2/R4 twin-engine heavy fighter was a high-firepower variant of the Me 410.
This fighter was modified to carry a weapons pod in the bomb bay instead of bombs to improve its air-to-air firepower.
It is equipped with two 7.92 mm MG-17 machine guns, two 13 mm MG-131 machine guns and two 20 mm MG-151 cannons.
It could also carry an additional weapons pod.
Due to its strong firepower, it was often used by the Luftwaffe for high-altitude interception operations.
