Bell AH-1 Q / S Cobra "US Army & Turkey"

The very first version of the Cobra helicopter, the AH-1G, was primarily intended for direct support of ground forces.
However, the army leadership soon realised that specialised anti-tank helicopters were urgently needed, and so the Q and S versions of the Cobra helicopters were developed, and some of the earlier G versions were also upgraded to this new standard. Nevertheless, they still retained some components typical of the AH-1G.
All these new versions were usually armed with TOW-guided anti-tank missiles.
The decal sheet provides markings for five aircraft, including four US Army aircraft, two of them in Q-standard and the other two in S-standard and the last one is a Turkish aircraft in tri-colour camouflage.
